How long will this last? If the NPP thinks it will depend on the good will of ghanaians and not the economic realities facing the nation to make life easier for ghanaians then tough times are ahead of it.Ghanaians are not going to entertain any excuses from the NPP.After all they made it clear to ghanaians that they have got the people and policies in place to solve all Ghana's economic problems. The nation expects them to do this.

It's not about being a novice, have you read the NPP manifesto? U will quickly realize that some promises will not be accomplished. Tax reduction and massive development is hard to realize. And if world economy is down then gov revenue will be down too if all the commodities we trade in are low on the world market. NPP excelled under Kuffour because of favorable world economic conditions in the world. I wish Ghana and Nana the best.

This is where the problem begins for the NPP: traders wearing NPP paraphernalia banking all their hopes on an anticipated reduction in import taxes. Hmmm, the reality of the global economic downturn, and the mathematics of the needed revenues to fulfill government statutory obligations will soon dawn on them. I can bet my heart that all the sweet promises will end up in excuses or intentional silence. The looming problems and troubles of the NPP is that they raised the stakes so high by their sweet promises which will be difficult to fulfill. They can go ask Buhari. The price of a ton of cocoa which was over 3,000 dollars at the beginning of the year is now hovering around 2,400 dollars. There's more to come so the ignoramuses in the Ashanti region and other parts of Ghana who believe that taxes will come down, fuel prices will come down, and that they will no more pay for their wards at the Senior High School anymore, at least starting from the the next academic year will be in for th greatest shocks of their lives. The election lies and deception will soon be exposed.

This chairman Wontumi is a moron. What is the sense in what he's doing. The people who voted the NPP wanted a good governance and not acts of ignorance like that.
