Now I see why they dumped me by taking my two Zain simcards off the system claiming they were inactive. I have been a VIP client since I picked up two simcards-data and voice at Wa soon after they opened an outlet there. I was a serious data and voice user and they could have at least sent a warning text. It is not easy to get replacement phones these days when the cocoyam phones get damaged. The two sims are frozen together with important numbers, text messages and an Airtel Money account. I am looking into the legal aspects. I will contact them again at their HQ but I do not know the location.
