Ghana won't get good deals on public/private partnerships since the private sector is afraid of not getting paid. They will always have a huge risk component included in their costs.

Privatize this thing already and let the private entity or sector handle this. I know that means higher cost for the citizens but will be the only way we cab be rid of this catastrophic debilitating issue

All these corporations , gov't should as a matter of urgency offlaod their quota "s to the private sector
Let them manage / mismanage their affairs

So what is the government doing now as promised to help investors retrieved their money from demonic swindlers such as the safeway tilapia investment? Why should people go in for loans to invest with you and then at the end of the day you turn about giving thousands of execuses? A back ground investigation revealed they squandered the money on weddings and on numerous girl friends and private properties but they are now telling the public they have diversified into real eatate: it is time the government take on such demonic and devious characters in our society going about dupping the innocents
