Could the problem of lack of competent skilled Labour be a contributor to the problems of the Fpso? If yes, then there is the need to check the recruitment of so called "competent" Labour. We need a robust technical institution dedicated to the training of oil and gas workers just like the regional maritime University for training maritime manpower. The onus lies on the the technical institutions to come together to effect an approved center for this training. My suggestion is JTTC of Takoradi Technical University.
