We pride ourselves with all kinds of PhD's managing BoG and other Gov't institutions, and they can't reason to manage a rich country like Ghana.
If we can't use our brains or can't discipline ourselves, then IMF will send armatures to come and dictate or shove any stupid policies in our throat.
How can BoG fix its Prime Rate at 26%, at which rate then should private banks lend to the pricate sector? These are the kind of policies IMF and EU are imposing on BoG and the Gov't to adopt for the Nation; and our politicians respond in unison, "Yes Sir"! FOOLS AT THE HELM OF AFFAIRS!

The IMF is only there when a country have no resources no choice no clues. But with these huge natural resourses including the production of oil, to seek assistance from the IMF is a miscalculated error ever produced by a corrupt government for the hardship on our population.
