    How did he arrive at the 40%? Given the poverty level in Africa I doubt the percentage of the population who go into investment.

    You are right. Most of us regret investing in Ghana. The Laws are not business friendly. Multiple Land sales and letigation and I have never seen a chief being imprisoned or punished for double sales of Lands
