THE SECTOR CAN ALSO BE BETTER, WHEN THE MANY SO CALLLED EDUCATED AGRICULTURALISTS IDLING AT THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE, DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES FOR NON-PRODUCTIVE WORK ARE SENT TO TO THE FIELDS TO PLOUGH AND CUTIVATE FOOD CROPS TO FEED THE GROWING POPULATION.
ARE WE STILL DREAMING. IT IS TIME WE KNOW WHY WE ARE ECONOMIC BACKWARD, UNDERDEVELOPED AND EXTREME POOR.
