STOP IMPORTING RICE AND OTHER CEREALS SINCE GHANA IS TROPICAL COUNTRY JUST AS THAILAND OR MALAYSIA NO SEE NO REASON WHY GHANA LEADERS CONTINUE TO SPEND TAX, EXCHANGE DOLLARS IMPORTING RICE OR OTHER CEREALS. MECHANIZATION OF AGRICULTURE AND USING THE EXCHANGE DOLLARS IN IMPORTING RICE CAN BE USE TO PURCHASE EQUIPMENT FOR SUCH FARMING. IT TAKES SERIOUS LEADERS TO MAKE GREAT LEAP AND NO WONDER THERE IS NO DEVELOPED BLACK NATION. SLAVE MENTALITY AND DEPENDANCY ON FOREIGN PRODUCTS AND BORROWING FOREIGN CASH OR DOLLARS TO PURCHASE IMPORTS OF FOOD, MEAT, WHICH CAN BE EASILY GROW IN GHANA. EVEN EUROPE HAVE THREE MONTHS TO GROW FOOD YET THEY ARE SELF SUFFICIENT WHILES TROPICAL GHANA IMPORT FOOD st*p*d HA

The minister must not only lament but talk about any existing law that would prosecute persons engaged in such fraudulent act (is there any law stopping them from repackaging local rice into sacks/bags indicating foreign origin?). OK. Be smart with your people, let them know the rules, and the consequences for breaking the rules (if any). Do something, right!
