    Some of us have been saying it. Our growth is not derived from production growth/wealth-creation, but on debt & "donor support". This is the consequence of clueless leadership & lack of national pride

    Jojo, the govt is responsible for creating an economic environment conducive to private sector growth & development. At the moment, govt policy is stifling the private sector by competing with them for loans. Simple
