If you have stupid people like Atoklo and Hoffman at Ghana civil aviation that's what we get and stay. They have nothing to offer Ghanaians. The president has to show them the exit as soon as possible to save Ghana"s image.

Ihe idea that the US Department of Transportation is working to revoke the ban on Ghana's Federal Aviation Administration Category-one status is a good welcome news. Sadly, the situation Ghana finds itself in now could have been avoided or not occurred had the country had a good leadership in the person of Ex President Jerry Rawlings. Under his administration, he single handedly and mindlessly destroyed the developmental progress successfully achieved by his predecessors. He sent the country backwards in terms of modern developments and national building. To point to a few, during Rawlings administration, he eliminated and crippled the Ghana Airways, Ghana Railways and the Ghana Black Star line operations. I am of the opinion that what a good and altruistic national leader, if Rawlings in his wildest dream can claim to be an example should have done, was to progressively improve on or make better the already existed completed/uncompleted national building developments and constructions and not to foolishly eliminate them. Consequently, his unthinkable action destroyed whatever progress his predecessors did successfully achieve and thus sent the country backwards into under-developed classification in World ranking of developed, developing and under-developed countries status.
