How long will it take to plan and build coal energy plant?it may take more than 20 years.I personally believe we should go solar,coal energy has high level of pollution.

That is rubbish. Chinese suppliers build power plants for Chinese coal which is the dirtiest in the world.
Why does the minister not promote a revival of nuclear energy? The Russians would be happy to supply...
