I don't think GhIPSS is in charge of controlling bank ATM charges. That mandate can only come from BOG.They are just making provision for you to shop with your ATM card on Point of sale devices at any supermarket

In other to make card usage normal practice or universal, Pls GhIPSS bear some teeth and publish service charges by all ATMs/Banks or enforce a standard charge for all. Also mount a massive public education about the benefit ... read full comment
