Why look for local investor whilst existing Ghanaian shareholders are more than willing to take the proposed 8 percent?

All they need to do is engineer a Private Placement. The philosophy of not listing on the GSE held by Shell has not changed and Vivo Seems to have the same philosophy!

Very few stations in USa are owned by the oil companys listed on their sign..Lots of Chevron stations are owned by indians or muslims..Including a few have switched from phillps 66 brand to shell...Put the older stations up f ... read full comment
