There is no such thing as full employment; unemployment has existed since the advent of data collection on the subject. In a country like Ghana where the state is the main employer - lack of capital inhibits private enterprises' expansion for it to engage more employees - there will always be a higher unemployment because state ownership of businesses is associated with inherent problems. When the economy expands, however, unemployment in the country is likely to be reduced. Until then, Ghanaians must resign to accepting lower employment!

The gap between the rich and the poor is extravagant. This collaps the idea of reward on merit. As unemployment gains significant standards , it boost the unfortunate class to corruption. And where inequality persists, lack of employment paves way to insecurity. Insecurity scares investors and therefore no development. Mahama and his bunch of NDC pole-pots, must be held responsible degrading outlined conditions that were to eliminate persistant inequalities created by un employment.

The economy is hitting many families hard and many have run out of ideas.
