I am happy about the current spate of infrastructural development in Ghana. It is good for Ghana's economy.
My advice is as follow:
1. Private homes, offices and industrial buildings must be energy efficient - lighting and air-conditioning, etc. I will not go into very details here as the players in the industry have greater in-depth idea about what I have stated above.
2. Solar-energy (panels) for every house must be a must, even for lights in offices and industry.
3. A feed-into-the grid during peak hour of solar energy production during the sunny days must be approved and allow by government.
4.Development of recreational parks as part of estate development must be enforced.
5. Production of local materials both for the super-structure and finishing of the buildings must be actively promoted.
Thank you
