What is this GMO agenda for Africa? Always enslaving us. Why should should we move away from what God has made, fruits with their natural seeds opting for Fruits and vegetables without seeds so we will always depend on the white man even after harvesting to enable us plant again. The solution to Africa's hunger problem is not GMO but plain foolishness, greed and corruption. Does Israel use GMO? Does Israel have arable lands than Africa? No yet they are able to feed and export a lot. Africa or better still Ghana has a wonderful rich land, great water bodies teaming unemployed youth yet we can't feed ourselves. We plant and wait for rainfall. Any failure in rains leads to poor yield. What stops us from irrigating our farms? Don't tell me it's money. It is about priority and honesty. Our leaders dole out monies to their cronies for no job done NYEP, SUBA, SADA, AZUNTABA RLG NKOMFEM, KUFFUOR's CP, ETC. It's as if we are cursed. The solution is not GMO. The AFDB should stop this campaign and tell us the truth. Irrigation will solve our problem better than GMO.
