    is a big shame for a country endowed with all these resources to be going for 108 million dollars when our leaders literally swim in money. is a crime shame

    I am sure $50 million of this will be given to Woyome. They give money to criminals for no work done and then turn around to beg for loan. What about GYEEDA money stolen by Abuga Pele. They are all walking free men.

    you don't have to borrow dollars for local projects; you use local collected revenue to do these kind of projects period; stop the excessive borrowing; this is the root cause of Ghana's current economic crisis.
