Apart from Acheampong's regime,no incumbent gov. has ever attempted helping peasant farmers in Ghana. We have 5 solid public AGRICULTURAL COLLEGES[Damongo Agric,Ejura Agric,Kwadaso Agric,Kpong Tamale ani/health & prod, and Ohaw Agric] in Ghana all tasked to produce AEA'S for the country. In every year not less than 250 Technical Officers are produced from these noble institution, but where are they? These T.O.'s are left to their own feet.
Many of these T.O.'s joins NGO's after completion since no hope is coming from the GOV.
Conclusively,A WORD TO A WISE IS ENOUGH.
