other companys must operate fuel storage depots..in usa marathon, colonial pipeline..and exxon or shell have their racks to load petro and deisel...anytime gov is involved with anything but safety..then you see the problems that Ghana and Nigeria have...oil countrys should not have deisel/petro and jet fuel shortages..Even Delta airlines bought a failed refinery in usa and re-worked it to produce the max jet fuel possible-and sells or trades off the small amount of deisel or petro produced

I am sorry to say that this article was very poorly written. There are numerous mistakes. I am surprised that Ghanaweb does not vet articles before publishing them. You can do better!!
