As part of the reforms to streamline government business, President Mahama told the Head of the EU delegation who bid farewell to him that—
‘The government was undertaking some reforms, such as the payroll audit that would subsequently help in the elimination of ghost names from the public service. ----’’
Somebody should tell Mahama that the simplest and most effective way to eliminate ghost names in the system is to get National Identification card for all Ghanaian citizens.
Why is Mahama and his hopeless bunch of myopic dimwits not committed to the finalization of National Identification scheme started in 2007?
Mahama let governance seem complicated but it is very simple.
