I'm a retired Nigerian soldier, but I say be careful of this guy. One Raymond Okudzeto (very flamboyant at the time) once owned a construction company called EAO (Equity Associates Organization) in Nigeria. He had a contract around 1979 when Rawlings first staged the coup and executed Acheampong and other officer, to build a cement factory at Gboko (Benue Cement), a town near Makurdi, the Benue State regional capital. He always took the contract progress funds from the government and ran with it to Lagos without paying the workers in full. Eventually, the project was taken from EAO for non-performance and given to an Igbo contractor called Maduka. Okudzeto just appointed only senior managers from his Ewe tribe(like Adadevo as Controller and one Retired Ghana Major) and they all stationed at Lagos Island office. Several Ghanaians who worked for him got stranded at Gboko with no money and were forced to perch with Cameroonian call girls for survival. I shall return!
