The leaders of the trade union should find creative means of helping the government revamp the economy.Their creative input will be valuable than the strike action.These workers are being led by people whose only aim is to attack the government,the worst thing is, this strike action will change nothing.The Greeks,the Portugese and the Spanish all hit the streets during the global economic turmoil.At the end, the various governments did what they had to do,fiscal discipline.Public servants in Ghana work ethic is very poor,they are mostly late,absent,corrupt.There should be a strict standard of ethical and professional code of conduct in the public services.They are unproductive,the custom officers are the worst offenders,the Police,judiciary,teachers,doctors and even the messengers are all corrupt.
