    That reflects the weakness of the professional bodies affiliated with the Tax System as well. A good tax system should embrace the professional bodies to help it in it's successful operations.

    This where the problem is as far as getting revenue for the govt.The rich businessman do not pay tax rather the poor civil servant carries all the burden of the tax

    I suggest that workers in both formal and informal sectors shd encourage file for tax returns for year. This type of tax regime wld ginger people to look for work to do.
