In the past and even today, some people are going out of fish farming because they don't have the require capital to exist not only the knowledge. fish farming is capital intensive venture but Ghana is capable to excel on that grounds if government will support the existing industry and partner with some private individuals who will express interest in the business. This is the sector that has the market already. What is needed is just supply to feed the market.We can do it without collaborating with any world class company. The knowledge is here in Ghana. What is needed is the capital. Trust me, this world class companies are only looking for market for themselves and a place to exploit. Partner with them and you will see them taking the lion share. We cannot compromise this sector that has the ready market. Hon. Minister, lets take the bull by the horn ourselves. Lets take advantage of the ready market by ourselves and keep the money here. God Bless Ghana.
