Vodafone will come up with all manner of plans to attract unsuspecting clients to pay them the money they are looking for, but the actual service for which they have taken the money, they are completely incapable of providing those services satisfactorily or by sheer impudence and the knowledge that they have already taken your money refuse to address client's problems and let the month elapse and insist you pay again before they give you service.
When you report a problem on your land line they tell you to wait for 14 days for they will attend to you within that time, but you will call them every day within that time but they will not bother.
Vodafone is actually helping in all ways possible to destroy Ghanaian businesses either intentionally or unintentionally. They are really destroying Ghana by their blatant disregard for the actual service they have to provide, for which they have a monopoly and for which they take the money upfront and which Ghanaian regulators don't seem to care to bring them to line.
In fact, with mobile bundles you have a choice, they don't have the monopoly so don't fall for their sophisticated sales tactics.
