They are also coming for their share of the looting. it is always the educated elite, the chiefs and our colonial masters. Thus, why in ghana today the best business is politics where you can loot and rob the people day light with impunity. The government must prosecute and seize stolen assets and ban the culprits from participation in public life if they are able to defray the debt with all the interest.

Construct more hydro dams (3 in the Central regions rest in Western and northern Ghana), renew our transmission lines, improve management at all levels and economic usage of power by having energy efficient equipment among others. Therefore, let the US help in power construction if she cares about Ghana.

There is no doubt that the second scramble and petition of africa has begun. if after 50 years of independence our government has only maximized on stealing public assets with impunity to the detriment of science and technology, research and development among others, african countries would have no doubt have to succumbed to the second scramble and petition of Africa for natural resources.

WAA Look at this. You see the selfish attitude of the United States... even the tiny portion for the locales here, they want it. That is why I warned Mahama to stop bringing in foreign investors. Now you see how they want to use that script to deprive the population of the little that they can get from their oil. The president doesn't understand the competing interest vying for the resources of this country that is why he's blundering left right and center. This selfish attitude will never have been tolerated under Mills
