This bad overnight,so Kofi Humado and Kwesi Ahwoi, his predecessor should not play dumb. How do they expect people to get into commercial agriculture when road networks are nonexistent to enable farmers convey farm produce to markets in the cities?
what has happened to the Bumper Crop company that is supposed to buy surpluses from farmers, particularly those in the three northern regions of the country? Look, there is ready lucrative overseas market for many of our food items, and so I find it hard to understand why the army could not be tasked to use their superp expertise in logistics,to help evacuate the farm produce that is being left to rot on farms because of bad roads in the country. Rather than throw their arms in the air, these officials and their advisors should stop talking and think about how fashion practical and low-cost solutions to challenges in area as well as sanitation.

Who was Kwesi Ahwoi calling upon to improve the roads? The opposition parties? Probably this is a call to his 'mama' if not to his own gov't that has that responsibility. Why should Humado lament over such impassable roads in regions that fall right in the SADA project? When you have a gov't that is so wasteful and corrupt beside being very arrogant, what one can expect, at best, is deterioration in the system. When we continue to be blind to ills and stealing in our nation, we must continue to suffer the consequences of our ill-advised blindness. One day God will surely vindicate the suffering. Humado and Ahwoi must get your corrupt gov't to right the wrongs and ills visited on the suffering masses of Ghana.
