    Provide the farmers with the basic mechanised farming tools and do away with the hoes, cutlasses and the rest
    Also develope crop variety that ensures year-round yield. We depend so much on the season.

    All these ideas are lacking substance. Many farmers don't have farming tools all they use are cutlasses and hoes. Why cant the huge sums of money be used to help farmers to acquire that? or even as loans to help them to be we ...

    Can they read? To me is a waste of money. They will loose the fons or sell them. Most older farmers won't even understand how to use the phones. Who is going to pay for the units? Wasteful.
