In every economy, the managers should know and identify they whose toils keep the economy going and how judiciously their tax contributions should be used. When taxes paid are fraudulently used to pay judgement debts to cronnies and party fanatics, when there is much hatred for the major tribes whose members hold the bulk of private businesses in the country, how do you expect them to willingly pay their tax contributions for you to run the economy with?
Unless conscious efforts are made to retrieve dubious monies paid unwisely to party thieves like Alfred Agbesi Woyome, people will be reluctant to pay real taxes to move the economy forward.
A word to the wise is enough.

Meaningless statement! Why does he go to America and tell them that? They have outspent 3 times the size of their economy. Mr. Diop, I know you are paid a lot of money to sell us enslaving policies. You don't want us to invest in education, health and in our people. You prescribe high prices for petroleum so your bankers can get their loans repaid with maximum interests. You are a traitor; God will punish you for selling us out to the Shylocks of this world.
