    Ghanaians DON'T KNOW the word..Maintenance....and that's WHY we are ALWAYS RE-HABILITATING !!!!!!
    We wait till it SPOILS BEYOND REPAIRS, you then build a NEW ONE because that's WHERE the THIEVES can cut corners!!!

    this is a good idea. Routine maintainance is better the waiting until it FPSO to break down totally. Hmm luck of maitainance has done more harm than good. Look at our Metro Mass Transit, almost all the buses have broke down.
