Agricultural Development Bank
Bank for Housing and Construction
The Co-operative Bank
What has all these institutions have in common is that they were set up as specialist banks meant to cater to specific needs of individuals and industries but ended up either going under or lost the purpose for which they owe their existence there is now a development Bank Ghana and a Consolidated Bank Ghana either wholly or partly owed by the State.
For student of Professional codes of conduct and Ethics in the environment of corporate governance the ordinance and structures of these institutions belong to the stone age

To the substance of the matter you've tabled, i think it's long overdue, especially the way the Ghanaian women folks have and are being treated our market place where most of them work in the open space is a very hostile place you see most of them selling a thing or two under the aFrican sun from morning to dusk, i remember Alhaji Bander bitter complaining that what they term business is only a step or two from bondage and some of them have been doing these things for decades with very little or no help at all from State actors. Who worsen their plight by labeling their sector informal sector how can a sane person term a sole trader or small business owner informal sector and deny them government services for once i will agree that boko haram has a place
