Most Ghanaians abroad want Ghana to develop, and I don't mind paying some taxes to the govt. However, this tax goes to govt ministers and girls' friends instead of being used to develop the country. I don't understand why a minister is getting paid for his/her services and still getting free housing, patrol, meeting, and traveling allowance. However, teachers, education, and sanitation are in a poor state. Good luck with enforcing this foreign income tax.

Most Ghanaians who live and work outside Ghana and who occasionally visit home and spend less than 6 months are not affected.
MOST GHANAIANS LIVING ABROAD ARE NON-RESIDENT GHANAIANS and are not affected by this foreign income tax.
