Well, ECG cannot increase any bills without PURC's approval. In any case, the bigger chank is to be paid by the board members personally, not as the board of ecg. ECG is paying only ghc36,000.00

ECG is not a serious company. So many ECG customers need prepaid meters and replacements of their faulty meters but ECG has not been able to get meters to these needy customers. ECG is rather frustrating these customers by asking them to report to its offices several times without any solutions in sight. Why is ECG unable to replace faulty meters for its customers? How can ECG increase revenue if it's unable to give new prepaid meters and change faulty meters for its customers? In fact, ECG is not a serious company in Ghana. ECG should be given to a private entity or company to manage.
