NPP governments are not proof of good governance but that of tribal foolishness of the Ashanti versus the peace loving and wise tribes in Ghana willing to have the Christian God be in control of Ghana. Whether you knew somebody in govt or not under kuffour ,you could build your small business. Mills was ill so he did his best. But the biggest nightmare and most useless president gh has ever had was John Mahama who managed to collapse our economy within a year of taking over from Mills in normal global economic times.
