Where from this insult. Did he say something wrong?
Though his own government has messed Ghana up big time, but I don't think his person deserves to be insulted.

THE CLEARING AGENTS ARE THE MOST PART OF THE PROBLEM AT THE PORT. Clearing agents are middlemen adding additional cost. Why can’t we do away with them.? I have my bill of laden why can’t the port authority generate bill for me to pay at the bank and present the receipt for my shipment. Same things happening at PASSPORT OFFICES AND LICENSING OFFICES. It is a big shame for both governments.

Here we are hearing from the current Finance Minister that corruption perception about Ghana's ports is very high - implying corruption is still going on there.
So what was all the noise about digitization about?

The port is full of criminals they have to sack many of the officers over there. The money they collect from ordinary Ghanaians are too much and less than half goes to the government why. The government have to remove the human interface and introduce system that will make clearing of goods easier without seeing any body just pay your bills online and receive your goods. The port problem is been there for ages and no government has able to solve it quite unfortunate.

Yaw is not about customs, but the high duty rates and over 20 taxes and levies imbedded in the system. customs works on what the government of the day approves for them to work with. over invoicing, under invoicing , exemptions and a lot. try to correct any anomalies and the same Ghanaians will call whom them know because you have seen something not right and want to correct and the next thing is the officer been transfer or implicated in things that you maybe dismissed. let no interference from order over from above, no invoicing and co and see if you will hear any problem about customs.
