Coach Ofori to miss Agbeko’s May 16 bout

Trainer of former IBF Bantamweight Champion, Joseph Agbeko, Coach Ofori Asare will not be at the ring side when Agbeko mounts the ring against Pilipino Juanito Rubillar on May 16 in Vegas.

According to Coach Ofori Asare, he has other engagements in Ghana hence the decision.

“I have other engagements and so I will be in Ghana to monitor the fight. Agbeko is in good hands because there are other Ghanaian coaches in the USA who will be helping him.

“This is just one of those fights, not really the big once so I believe he will be fine for the bout”.

The 10 rounder is a warm up fight for the IBF Former Champion ahead of a potential world title fight in September this year.
