Knight promotions sign on three Ghanaian boxers

Knight Promotions, a boxing promotion syndicate based in England, last Wednesday signed a three year managerial contract with three Ghanaian boxers. The three boxers are Anyeyei Laryea, National Bantamweight champion and first contender to the African Boxing Union title, Daniel Sackey, Super middleweight and Alfred Tetteh, a super welterweight.

Under the terms of the contract, the three boxers would be given monthly allowance in addition to health care while efforts would be made by the promoter Mr Vince Mc Bean manager of Knights to provide them with the necessary training kits. Knights Promotions would also give 10 per cent net profits of earnings of the boxers to their trainers any time they engage in any fight. The contracts are renewable after three years.

The African Boxing Union Cruiser Champion, Aloryi Moyoyo and Robert Kutsokey, are already in the camp of Knight promotions bringing the number of Ghanaian boxers in their camp to five.
