Celebration of mediocrity. How many times have they appeared on any African competition let alone dream of winning laurel. Other African basketball teams are competing in international platform and are in contest with the best around the world, we are here celebrating nothingness and tickling ourselves as achivers and best of no success of any event. We need to sit up in this country and stop the erroneous mentality that football represents everything sports, other African countries play football as well and are probably doing better than us lately.

Everything is concentrated or limited to Accra exclusively. This bypass a lot of the potentials in other parts of the country.For example there is no reason why we are not aggressively recruiting mid and long distance runners ... read full comment
Everything is concentrated or limited to Accra exclusively. This bypass a lot of the potentials in other parts of the country.For example there is no reason why we are not aggressively recruiting mid and long distance runners from the Okwahu area.We all know that people from mountainous areas are natural long distance runners.To recruit for any type of sport the sports ministry must check the other parts of the country and stop acting as if Ghana is a one city nation.
