You're right on facts of the issue and l agree with you. However you strayed off on personal references that do not add anything to the issue and offensive given stature of the Otumfuo. Please watch that. I am about your age ...

The real matter here is the World Bank itself and how destructive they are. What is happening is strong lobbying for a useless project likely to be financed by another loan.

They were in Mahama office one day after the inauguration and then quickly to see the Asantehene. Why the rush? Mahama has not even formed government yet...so there is no minister to talk this over on policy let alone as a project. The BRT failed disastrously in Accra so on what reasoning do they think it will work in Kumasi?

There are many angles to this but fundamentally this is Mahama's weakness showing up. He is indecisive and likes to please everyone. He has not learnt from failures of his first administration.

The World Bank people could not have gone to Kumasi without his permission. He should not have allowed it.
They have no business talking to anybody on anything.
