"Good morning/afternoon, officers. I appreciate the opportunity to discuss my school placement. My name is [Abubakar ismail safwan ], and I am currently a student at Nasru seen Islamic j h s “a”.

I am writing to respectfully request a change of school placement to Kumasi High School,Accra academy or Kumasi Anglican if possible.I have carefully considered this decision, and I believe it is in the best interest of my academic and personal growth.

The reasons why I request is, "I live far from my current school, and the daily commute is affecting my academic performance."]
- inadequate facilities in my current school Name o "I require specialized resources/facilities that are available at the preferred school."]

I have researched on the schools I listed and believe its academic programs, extracurricular activities, and values align with my goals and aspirations.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider my request. I am confident that a change of school placement will enable me to reach my full potential.
