  I don't understand why NDC wants to be seen as law abiding than the NPP. NPP doesn't respect law. They use 'takashi'. When did NPP become more 'takashi' than NDC? What Will NDC do if the Supreme Court use discretion rather than law to uphold what EC did? Most of their judgements were based on their discretion not law e.g the case of the vacant parliamentary seats, the birth certificate etc.
