It's sad. But it's also sad how the story is being reported.
Shouldn't it read
Z list wannabee who sold stories about having sex with footballers discovered she wasn't "famous" any more. So decided to have yet another procedure (look at the trout pout and the fake breasts) on the cheap to try to stay "relevant".
There's a great story to be written about how people sell themselves in search of fame and celebrity. But that requires writers to look at the facts rather than just re-hash wire copy.
