May his soul rot in hell, if because he is dead you are praising him, that is all well and good, on 31st December 1982 during the fighting, this guy you call a general was hiding under his Bed at the Legon Police in one of the Boys Quarters, furthermore, he sends troops to Liberia only to allow the then Head of state, master Sgt Doe to be arrested and butchered whiles he was comfortable hiding under tables. UN has to replace him with Lt General Kalu of the Nigerian Armed Forces.
