Logically then, the problem may be solved in 2026 when may be such demands will be in the budget. Hmmm financial management and budgeting gone wrong. But where was Gati, Bokpin, Lord Mensah, Alabi, etc when the budget was being prepared. A similar problem occurred with the salaries certain public institutions when Kwesi Botchway was the minister of finance. WHY, WHY AND WHY?
