I believe both the Judiciary and the Legislature must show respect to each other. Supreme Court should not have gone beyond its mandate of interpreting the constitutional provision. Trying to order parliament to reverse the decision already taken in itself is lawlessness. If parliament erred in its decision SC needed to state that parliament erred period and allow parliament itself to reverse the decision. But to instruct the parliament to reverse the decision amounts to disrespect to the house. We all have our limits and no one including the SC IS ABOVE THE LAW.
