Black Stars goalkeeper Lawrence Ati-Zigi has expressed confidence in head coach Carlos Queiroz and the team's preparations ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Speaking from Ghana's training camp, Ati-Zigi described the atmosphere within the squad as positive and united, stressing that the players are ready to give everything for the nation on football's biggest stage.
The St. Gallen shot-stopper praised Queiroz's vast experience, saying the Portuguese tactician has provided valuable guidance to the team as they gear up for the tournament.

Ati-Zigi said the Black Stars are determined to fight until the very end and make Ghanaians proud.
"Carlos Queiroz is a very experienced coach. He has a lot of information and experience. You just have to take the good information he gives and make use of it”
“We're going to fight till the end, we're going to give it all, and we hope we're going to make Ghanaians proud,” he stated.
The goalkeeper also highlighted the strong bond within the squad, noting that the players continue to support one another and are carrying positive energy into the competition.
