simply impractical what the orders were from the court. It was simply to embarrass the administration since the court knew very well this was almost impossible to do within the given timeframe.

simply impractical what the orders were from the court. It was simply to embarrass the administration since the court knew very well this was almost impossible to do within the given timeframe.
If they didnt comply with the timeline, contempt charges would have been levelled. they did what they did given the circumstances
