'$50,000 was paid to each Black Stars Management Committee Member' – Moses Parker
President of Medeama Sporting Club, Moses Armah Parker, has revealed that members of the Black Stars Management Committee received $50,000 each during Ghana’s participation at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Parker, who serves on the management committee, disclosed the figure in an interview with Medeama FM, explaining that the amount represented half of the appearance fee paid to each Black Stars player.
“Members of the Black Stars Management Committee received only half of the players' appearance fee, meaning each of us received $50,000. There was no per diem or winning bonus for the committee,” Parker said.
