Arsenal linked as Juventus leave out Appiah

The future of Juventus midfielder Stephen Appiah is in doubt.

The Ghana international was not included in Juve's squad for the Champions League qualifier with Djurgardens, fueling speculation that the midfielder was left out so he wouldn't be Cup-tied.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger rates the youngster very highly, while Lazio are also keen.

Appiah has made no secret that he wants to be playing regularly this season.
