GT Bank Principals' Cup final : Teshie PRESEC vs Tema Tech

Teshie PRESEC and Tema Technical Institute will battle it out for supremacy in the final of the 4th edition of GT Bank Principals' Cup at the El-Wak stadium on Friday.

Backed by Ghana Educations service, the two-day tournament dubbed GT Bank Principal's cup begun on Thursday, January 25 and aims at unearthing the best football talents from schools in Greater Accra.

Teshie PRESEC overcame the prowess of Ngleshie Amanfro beating them 1-0 in the semis after their triumph over Ada Senior High 4-3 on penalties in the knock out stages.

Tema Technical Institute advanced to the final in style by mauling Kwabenya Community SHS 2-0 in the first round followed with a subsequent 1-0 nick victory over Chemu in the semis.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the General manager of Guaranty Trust Bank Ghana Limited Mr Lekan Sanusi said the development of sports in the country is one of his outfit's many priorities.

He emphasized their desire to help young men and women use their skills to highest possible level.

GT Bank, proud sponsor of the Accra Super Zonal's will award promising talents who have excelled like Top Scorer, Best Goalkeeper, Best Defender and Best Player with an amount of GHC 1,000 cedis each.
